Forty-five days. And this morning, something unexpected happened.
The same exploration
The oral grounding exercises, as every day. Nothing extraordinary on the surface — the same gestures, the same explorations, the same presence on the floor. And then, after the morning practice, something arose.
A wave of emotion.
Not a thought. Not a decision. Something that came from the body, like a wave — and moved through everything.
The sensation of life
It is the first time in my life I have truly become aware of the sensation of life in my body.
Moving the toes. Then the feet. Then the legs. And there — an evidence that had never been so clear: you move life. It is not muscles contracting, not bones shifting. It is life itself manifesting, here, now, in this movement.
It is difficult to explain in words. But perhaps some will understand: this feeling of being alive. Not the idea of being alive. The sensation. The immediate, physical, undeniable reality of life circulating, responding, being there.
The miracle
And with it, something else. The miracle of being alive. Not as a formula. Not as positive thinking. As a lived experience.
The possibilities it represents. Everything one can do, explore, feel, offer — precisely because one is alive. Every toe that moves is an invitation. Every foot that slides, every leg that comes alive — life saying yes.
This morning, this was the most important thing that happened. Not a technique. Not an anatomical discovery. An encounter with the fact of being alive.
