This site collects only data that you provide voluntarily, namely:

• Contact Form: name, email, subject, message
• Conference Request: name/organization, email, number of attendees, date, topic, message
• Seminar Booking: name, email, request context
• Newsletter: email address
• Calendly Booking: name, email, selected time slot (managed by Calendly)

No data is collected without your knowledge (no tracking, no analytics cookies, no profiling).

Purpose of Collection

Your data is used exclusively for:

• Responding to your inquiries (sessions, seminars, conferences, questions)
• Sending newsletters if you are subscribed
• Following up on booked sessions or seminars
• Providing payment links (Wise) after booking confirmation

Your data is never sold, rented, exchanged, or transmitted to commercial third parties.

Legal Basis

The processing of your data is based on:

• Your explicit consent (newsletters, forms)
• Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (session or seminar booking)
• Our legitimate interest in responding to your requests

Retention Period

Your data is retained:

• For newsletters: until you unsubscribe (upon simple request at ma@manandah.com)
• For contact inquiries: maximum 3 years after last contact
• For bookings: for the legally required accounting and tax period (10 years for invoices)

Hosting and Data Transfer

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States). Emails are received and stored via Christian Schaekels' email service. Appointments are managed by Calendly (United States). Payments are processed by Wise (United Kingdom / Belgium). These providers offer contractual safeguards compliant with GDPR for transfers outside the European Union.

Cookies

The MANANDAH site does not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. Only technically necessary cookies to ensure proper site function may be used (for example, those deposited by Calendly when you book an appointment).

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your data at any time:

• Right to Rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Right to Erasure (right to be forgotten) — request deletion of your data
• Right to Restrict processing
